Tralee Golf Club:

 Dates: Monday 13th September and Tuesday 14th  September, 2010

The format is the same as in other years i.e. teams of four comprising of two local members with an International Member and his guest. The tournament is played over two days.
The best 2 scores count at each hole.
The rate for 2010 will be $550.00 per person.

Additionally, on Saturday and Sunday 11th and 12th September, there will be a Fourball competition and our International Members and their guests are welcome to play this. Please contact the office the week before to secure a time slot.

Functions:-
- Tralee Golf Club (Buffet in clubhouse followed by entertainment)
- Oyster Tavern Restaurant, The Spa. (Formal Dinner)

Our colleagues in Dingle Golf Club will run a one day tournament on Wednesday 15th September and you are all welcome to participate. For details, please ring Steve at 00 353 66 9156255..

NEW INTERNATIONAL MEMBERSHIP DRIVE

In February 2010 we conducted an analysis of our International membership. This included an age profile which clearly shows that we have very few "young" members and it is apparent that the vast majority are close to or over 60 years of age. Our local members who have established great friendship with our Int. members are also of this age group.

Consequently we feel a need to introduce more "youth" to the annual tournament in an effort to make Tralee Golf Club more attractive to younger Int. members. With this in mind we now make the following limited offer:-

Any current Int. member may nominate a family member for lifetime membership. This will cost just $10,000 and this offer is only available until 31st December, 2010.

By family member we mean brothers, sisters, children and grandchildren and their spouses.

We feel this is a great offer and hope you will avail of it and continue the great bond with Tralee Golf Club.

All funds raised through this drive will be used to develop the neighbouring lands which we purchased recently. This development will include proper practice areas and a driving range. As all members and visitors will know, this is a much needed facility.
